I have completed post-graduate studies in Psychotherapy at the University of Edinburgh. From 2016 I have been working at Feniks and I am also a counsellor at the Scottish Wellspring agency. I run individual therapy as well as development workshops and a support group. I also have many years of experience in the field of Human Resources gained in Poland and Scotland. Knowledge in this field actively supports my therapeutic work in the area of: gaining and developing interpersonal skills, job selection, preparation for interviews, emigration dilemmas, goal setting or professional development. I am a member of the British Association for Counseling and Psychotherapy. My approach to working with  clients is individually based on the client’s needs. I offer therapy based on psychodynamic and humanistic approach. I offer only individual therapy. I work in the following areas: loneliness, developing communication skills, mood swings and anxiety, stress of emigration, relationships with a partner or family, mourning and dealing with loss, addiction, depression.
